Welcome to the Linchpin website (www.linchpin-advisory.com), which covers both Linchpin Advisory Limited and its subsidiary Linchpin IFM Limited (together referred to, both severally and singly, in this document as “Linchpin”). Access to this website and the use of information contained, is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By proceeding further, you will be deemed to have accepted them and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the website.

This website is owned and maintained by Linchpin Advisory Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11165480, with its registered office at 7 Beaufort House, Beaufort Court, Sir Thomas Longley Road, Rochester, Kent, ME2 4FB. Linchpin Advisory Limited is VAT registered under VAT number 322850029.

Linchpin IFM Limited, also registered at the same address in England and Wales under company number 07227461, is a subsidiary of Linchpin Advisory Limited with the same registered office. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 843442) and has been granted approval by FIN-FSA under the MIFID cross-border regime to continue to provide the same investment services in Finland.

Linchpin IFM Limited has also entered into a chaperone agreement under SEC Rule 15a-6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with Bridge Capital Associates, a brokerage firm regulated by FINRA (SEC # 8-67570), allowing the marketing of funds managed by non-US managers to US major institutional investors.

All content of the www.linchpin-advisory.com website is owned by Linchpin Advisory Limited. Where no third party rights are listed, you may print pages and store one copy for your personal use.
